Sooo tonight’s pint party was a little different! 🙆🏽 I tried giving myself a “treat meal” aka untracked meal; which was pasta at Olive Garden 🍝 🔸sooo delicious btw🔸 and was SUPPOSED to end it at that bc binging has been a problem for me (MANY people’s “cheat days” are actual binges, k) but it didn’t really work out that way🤔
I *accidentally* ate 2 cupcakes, almost an entire pint of Ben and Jerry’s(too much candy at the bottom😷), ONE macaron and a slice of pecan caramel cheesecake both from Happiness Cupcakes🙊 despite that, its still a BIG improvement from how I used to eat. And instead of fasting the next day (today) I forced myself to eat for once. I wasn’t craving my usual sweets so I opted for @lifewaykefir frozen kefir, topped with @kashi berry granola, blackberries, raspberries, a @zoneperfect dark chocolate almond bar and a @fiberone baked lemon bar 💃🏽 for more of a fresh tangy flavor 😍👌🏽🍋🍦definitely turned out FANTASTIC!! I always pictured myself looking 👀 a certain way or saying “I can’t wait till I look like that” or specifically NO LIE, “I can’t wait till I get to the point where I can wear sports bras to the gym” AND ONCE I WAS ABLE TO I FORGOT WHAT SHIRTS WERE🤗🤗🤗
but in all seriousness, I noticed I never said “I wish” or “I hope” it was always just “until” or “when” and maybe that had something to do with it 🤔 if your mind BELIEVES it, you CAN achieve it. So whatever it is you want to work towards, be sure that eventually, you’ll get there. Because you will! All it takes is some hard work. Are you willing to do that much? 👊🏽😬

Ok so let be real I’ve been getting a bit carried away with these sweets lately 😩🍩🍪🍰 so I’ve decided I shall dedicate EACH day to ONE ☝️ pint of low cal ice cream and some fun toppings💃🏽 and the rest of my meals will be actual food, fruits, yogurts etc. bc I’ve noticed I don’t really eat as much real food as I’d like to🤔 so looking forward to a whole pint every night would (in my head) allow me to be more excited to eat my other meals and the sweetness at the end will most DEFINITELY curb my sweet tooth. Let’s see how this goes. I need some type of stability in my life rn cos my love for food is taking over and it’s starting to show 🐷😭
